Architectural Review ProcessThe Architectural Review Committee will review alteration applications bi-weekly. They meet at the Heritage Landing Amenity Center at 6:00 pm. The dates for the ARC meetings for the remainder of 2011 are listed under UPCOMING EVENTS. Please remember that ANY improvement or change to the outside of your home or to your yard requires pre-approval from the ARC.
